Dr. Vincent Zubowicz, MD
It begins with our highly experienced and extensively trained staff. Heading the helm at Thrive is Vincent Zubowicz MD, a double board-certified plastic surgeon with decades of experience as both provider and manager in the realm of aesthetic services. With a remarkable track record, Dr. Zubowicz previously served as Medical Director of the Center for Plastic Surgery for 25 years. His expertise also extended to roles such as Director of the Cleft Lip and Palate Clinic at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Assistant Director of the Emory Aesthetic Center. Notably, he successfully raised three accomplished daughters alongside his professional pursuits.
Throughout his career, Dr. Zubowicz has remained academically active, including authoring multiple chapters in esteemed professional textbooks and co-writing papers for various surgical journals. A renowned and sought-after speaker, he has delivered lectures on a wide array of topics. Holding a prestigious academic position within the Emory University Department of Surgery further underscores his dedication to advancing medical knowledge. His commitment to excellence led to him being voted the Emory Plastic Surgery residency’s Professor of the Year.
Dr. Zubowicz’s passion also extends internationally, as he has journeyed to provide care for patients in remote clinics, even in distant Bangladesh and Ecuador.
